Grape Frozen Yogurt

Cool down with some cold and fresh Grape Frozen Yogurt! With just three ingredients, you’ll have a light frozen treat the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen Yogurt
  • 16 oz. Naturipe frozen grapes
  • 2 cups (16oz) vanilla yogurt (or try vegan coconut yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey (other honey can be subbed but raw is thicker and sweeter)

DIRECTIONS

1. Process grapes and honey in a food processor until smooth, stopping to clean
the sides of the processor, and then work through a mesh juice bag or a sieve to
get the most possible juice. Put grape peels, etc. into compost.
2. Add all the ingredients, including yogurt, to the food processor, or blender, and
process until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours, or overnight.
4. Pour chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and process as the directions
suggest.
5. Spread smoothly in a pan and freeze for several hours until scoopable.
