This simple parfait is a perfect balance of protein, fiber, and antioxidants, making it a delicious and nutritious snack or breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

  • Parfait
  • 1 cup Naturipe raspberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola (choose a low-sugar option)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds (optional, for crunch)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a glass or bowl, layer half the yogurt, followed by half the raspberries, and half the granola.
2. Repeat the layers, topping with the remaining raspberries and granola.
3. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, and sprinkle with nuts or seeds for added crunch.
