INGREDIENTS

  • Smoothie
  • 1 cup Naturipe blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

DIRECTIONS
