  • Berry Filling
  • 4 cups of mixed Naturipe berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (adjust for sweetness of berries)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Crisp Topping
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Berry Filling: In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the berries with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well coated. Transfer the berry mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
