Mango Dump Cake
Pair it with a scoop of ice cream or eat it as is, this Mango Dump Cake is light, bright and ready to share!
INGREDIENTS
- Cake
- 16 oz. frozen mango cubes (or Naturipe Mango Berry Blend)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 15 oz. yellow or spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup no or low pulp orange juice
- 1 stick (4 oz.) of unsalted butter, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 – inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Arrange the frozen mango evenly in pan.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle the cake mix over the fruit.
- Sprinkle coconut over the cake mix.
- Drizzle orange juice over all.
- Place butter slices evenly over the top.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake is golden brown.
