Mango Dump Cake

IDEAL FOR: Dessert

Pair it with a scoop of ice cream or eat it as is, this Mango Dump Cake is light, bright and ready to share!

INGREDIENTS

  • Cake
  • 16 oz. frozen mango cubes (or Naturipe Mango Berry Blend)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 15 oz. yellow or spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup no or low pulp orange juice
  • 1 stick (4 oz.) of unsalted butter, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 – inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the frozen mango evenly in pan.
  3. Drizzle with honey.
  4. Sprinkle the cake mix over the fruit.
  5. Sprinkle coconut over the cake mix.
  6. Drizzle orange juice over all.
  7. Place butter slices evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake is golden brown.
